I bring a personalised approach to all sessions. Sharing my experiences from years as a nurse within a major trauma centre, being a professional Ocean Lifeguard and an Emergency Medical Technician. I make all courses both relevant, engaging and most importantly – fun!​

I am a passionate rider (with not a lot of talent) who has been on a bike for the past 30 odd years. Through my experience in assisting injured riders (mainly my riding mates) I developed all courses for the benefit of others on the trails. ​

I have a personal moto of looking after the person next to you and a professional view of sharing knowledge and experience for the growth of others. These are both expressed in my approach to teaching all courses.​
