Fabulous 1950s ceramic Fat Friar cookie jar. Thou Shall Not Get Fat very good condition for 70+ years. Some minor paint wear, slight crazing on the back of his head. No chips or cracks noted! Head, hands & interior are glazed, robes are not. I think it's Made in Japan. No identifying sticker or marks. Perfect size he Measures abt. 10.75 tall by 6.25 at the base & weighs in at 2 lb 7 ounces.. I've seen a lot of the Thou Shall Not Steal jars but not many with this saying!
I ship quickly using recycled materials whenever possible. Item will ship ups ground.
