Moglice P500 is a medium-viscosity, two-component sliding bearing material. It's used to create guides, hydrostatic guides, sliding bearings, and sliding surfaces. The precise molding technique allows for complex shapes and structures without mechanical processing, achieving precision in the micrometer range. This significantly reduces process times and costs in modern production technology. The material can be easily removed from the counterface using a micro-thin layer of diamond release agent, resulting in an exact copy of the workpiece surface. Typical applications include sliding bearings and guides in machinery, sliding tracks for punching tools with continuous lubrication, sliding surfaces for flat air bearings on glass grinding machines, sliding tracks for transport systems for electronic elements like wafers, displays, or photovoltaics, guides for high-speed positioning, sliding surfaces in printing cylinders, and sliding surfaces in lubrication-free actuators and coupling elements.
