This set is complete, the trains and curved tracks are in pristine condition, the straight track has a few broken sides but it doesn’t effect the track connecting together. Although it is in the box, the track connecter does not conduct power, the controller lights up and the connection box gets warm so I think just the track connecter needs to be replaced in order for the train to run. If you don’t want to do that this is still a beautiful piece to add to any holiday or train lovers collection.
