Ni-55

Nickel 55 is engineered for versatile joining and surfacing of cast iron variants (malleable, ductile) to itself or diverse metals like mild steel, stainless steel, wrought alloys, or high nickel alloys. Its core wire composition, roughly 55% nickel and 45% iron, yields weld deposits with significantly reduced weld shrinkage stress, minimizing cracking risks. Nickel 55 delivers robust, ductile weld deposits even when welding low-grade cast iron with excessive contaminants.
