Shigarakiyaki (Shigarakiyaki) is a pottery made in Shigaraki, Yamani, Shiga Prefecture. It has over 1200 years of history in one of the six-kilns of Japan and has been designating traditional crafts from the country in 1976 (1976). This pottery is filled with the heart and playfulness of mature people who care for "imbalance" with a variety of shapes and expressions produced by nature and artisans.
