This vintage tiered skirt is everything. It is, sorry I don't make the rules. It has beautiful detailing, gold embroidery, tiered lace ruffles and a distressed hem. It's 100% viscose and was made in India. On the inside of the waistline, there are two small holes where the lining is coming loose from the actual skirt. Can't be seen when worn, but can be easily stitched up or the lining can be removed altogether. This piece was made by Odille for Anthropologie and retailed for $117
