“Simmo”, April 2021:
I attended the last safety officer first aid course delivered by Paul from PREducate. It was really informative and delivered in laymen’s so everyone was able to digest simply & easily.
I was at the bike park last weekend & a young man named ED went over the hangers on one of the timber drops ! I was notified by another rider that there was an accident. So I went down and attended to Ed !
Before the training from Paul I would have been a nervous mess . But Paul taught us to stay calm slow things down & go through the check list ! By asking ED all the questions I was safely able to access him with his dad standing over me ! Keeping the sun of his son’s face ! Also Very Important!!
The ambulance was called and on its way !! ED was comfortable & calm & the paramedics arrived I gave them a quick briefing on what had gone down ! they very happy with what I had done before they had arrived.
The MTB First Aid course gave me the necessary tools for basic first aid training suited specifically to our sport which is Mountain bike riding . I total recommend taking part in this next upcoming Course!
Sam from PhysioWard, June 2021:
Paul was professional, thorough, and accommodating. Paul took my staff and I through our CPR and First Aid training.
Apart from his professional and delivering a high-quality course, what was so great about Paul’s service was that he came to the clinic at a time that suited the therapists which allowed us to not take further time away from the clinic to do the training. We all feel more confident in our skills following the course and would recommend Paul to anyone and everyone.
Matt from Trailcare:
Preducate has been assisting Trail Care in upskilling local riders in First Aid, including as part of a Safety Officer program for our local bike park. The quality of the training is incredible – Paul has an engaging teaching style, and extensive experience around mountain bike incidents.
The outcomes have also been absolutely wonderful; it has greatly increased the ability to deliver quality first aid at the bike park, and assist emergency services personnel.
The participants relish the opportunity to help out when accidents occur, knowing that they have been trained in the skills and techniques to handle situations they encounter.

Message from rider seeing one of our safety officer post their first aid training.
Hi Paul. Do you know if the kid that took the tumble at the drops this morning is ok.
I’ve been thinking about him all day. The safety marshals were worth their weight in gold today. if you know them personally, please pass on my gratitude.
